१ जून २०२१ – हम हमारे नए शिक्षा-साथियों को ‘गुणवत्तापूर्ण पढाई’ प्रशिक्षण देने की शुरुवात कर रहे हैं। जिनके लिए ये तैयारी हो रही हैं उन बच्चों को पूछे बिना हमें कैसे पता चलेगा की उन्हें क्या और कैसे पढ़ाना सबसे अच्छा रहेगा? हमारे छात्र किशोर, गौरी, श्रेया, मोहीत और इशांत आने वाले भैया-दीदी से अपनी अपेक्षाएं बताने के लिए ‘Students panel’ की तैयारी करते हुए!
1 June 2021 – We are starting to prepare our new facilitators cohort for how to deliver quality education. Without asking the our students themselves, how would we know the best of what and how of education for them? Our students Kishor, Gauri, Shreya, Mohit and Ishant preparing for the ‘Students Panel’ to share their expectations from their new Bhaiya-Didis (facilitators/teachers)!
६ जून २०२१ – Learning Companions fellowship के तिसरी संगीति (cohort) का शुभारंभ! हमारा समुदाय, सभी मार्गदर्शक, हितचिंतक और समर्थकों की उपस्थिति में हमने हमारे ९ नए साथियों का Learning Companions में स्वागत किया।
6 June 2021 – Launch of the Third Cohort of the Learning Companions Fellowship! In the presence of our community, all our mentors, stakeholders and supporters, we welcomed 9 new members to Learning Companions family.
११ जून २०२१ – Learning Companions ने Teach for India – TFIx का incubation प्रोग्राम सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण किया। इस प्रोग्राम की वजह से केवल एक साल के अवधि में Learning Companions तकनीकी और संस्थात्मक स्तर पर बहुत मजबूत हो पाई। केवल एक साल अवधि में हम अपने काम को दो से तीन गुना अधिक क्षमता के साथ अधिक ज्यादा बच्चों तक लेकर जा पाए हैं। इसके साथ हम शिक्षा के लिए काम कर रहे एक देशव्यापी आंदोलन का हिस्सा बन पाए हैं।
11 June 2021 – Learning Companions successfully completed the incubation program of Teach for India – TFIx. Due to this program, Learning Companions became very strong at the technical and institutional level in a span of just one year. In just one year span, we have been able to take our work to more children with two to three times more capacity. With this we have been able to be a part of a nationwide movement working for education.
२१ जून २०२१ – बहुत लंबा इंतजार और अनिश्चितताओं के बाद Learning Companions के सभी नये साथी नागपूर में हम सभी के साथ जुड़ गए! बहुत सारे सपने, जोश और उम्मीद के साथ एक रोमांचकारी सफर की शुरुवात हम कर रहे हैं।
21 June 2021 – After a long wait and uncertainty, all of the new Learning Companions fellows have joined us all in Nagpur! We are starting a thrilling journey with lots of dreams, passion and hope.
२२ जून २०२१ – हमारे समुदाय से पहचान – हमारे फेलो प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है जिसमें हम हमारे सभी नए शिक्षा साथियों की पहचान नागपुर के उन सभी साथियों से कराते हैं जो शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अलग-अलग रूप से काम करते हैं। इस पहचान से हम साथ मिलकर अधिक मजबूती से बच्चों के विकास के लिए अलग-अलग काम कर सकते हैं। इसमें से एक मुलाकात – अलग एंगल के मिली दीदी, ललित और तनुल सर के साथ। अलग एंगल में चित्रकला, मूर्तिकला, काष्टकला, नाट्य, गायन ऐसे विभिन्न विषयों पर बहुत ही अनोखा काम होता है। इसलिए मिली, ललित और तनुल से पहचान हमारे शिक्षा-साथियों के लिए एक अनोखा तोहफा रहा।
22 June 2021 – Introduction with our community – it is a very important part of our Fellows’ training, in which we introduce our fellows with different organizations in Nagpur that are working in education sector in different ways. With this introduction, we can explore different opportunities to work together for our children. One such meeting with Milli didi, Lalit and Tanul sir from ‘Alag Angle‘. ‘Alag Angle‘ does some very exciting work in many art forms like painting, sculpture, drama, singing and so on. Therefore, introduction with Milli, Lalit and Tanul was a perfect gift for our fellows.
२३ जून २०२१ – बच्चों की सुरक्षा हमारी सबसे महत्वपूर्ण प्राथमिकता है। स्कुल की तैयारी के लिए हमने सभी शिक्षा-साथियों टीकाकरण शुरू किया है।
23 June 2021 – The safety of children is our foremost priority. To prepare for the school, we have started vaccination for all Learning Companion fellows and staff.
२४ जून २०२१ – हमारे समुदाय से पहचान – अतुल और प्राजक्ता – शिक्षा का विचार समाज के विचार के बिना पूरा नहीं हो सकता। अतुल और प्राजक्ता की ‘वैयक्तिक और सामूहिक संपत्ति‘ की समझ हमारे शिक्षा-साथियों की ‘क्या और कैसे पढ़ना/पढ़ाना है’ इस बारे में सोच को बहुत अलग स्तर पर लेके जाते हैं। हम ये समझ जाते हैं की हमारे खुद के और बच्चों की जिंदगी में सुकून, आत्मसन्मान और आनंद केवल पैसे कमाने से नहीं आएगा, बल्कि इसके लिए हमें सार्वजनिक संपत्ति (जैसे रस्ते, अस्पताल, शिक्षा) को समझना होगा और इसे कैसे जतन करें और बढ़ाएं इसको समझना होगा।
24 June 2021 – Introduction with our community – Atul and Prajakta – The idea of education cannot be complete without the idea of society. Atul and Prajakta’s understanding of ‘individual and collective wealth‘ takes our peers’ thinking about ‘what and how to learn/teach’ to a very different level. We understand that happiness, self-respect and joy in our own life and that of our children will not come only from earning money, but for this we will have to understand collective wealth (like roads, hospitals, education) and how to conserve and increase it.
२५ जून २०२१ – जैसे नए साल की शुरुवात हो रही है, हमें हमारे बच्चों के स्कुल की जगह फिर से ठीक करनी है। हमारे लिए सुखद आश्चर्य की बात ये रही की इसके लिए हमारे शुरुवात करने से पहले खुद समुदाय ने पहल की और हमें फोटो भेजकर बताया, “भैया हमने स्कुल को ठीक करने की तैयारी शुरू की है, आप बस स्कुल शुरू करने के लिए आ जाओ।
June 25, 2021 – As the new year begins, we have to redo our children’s school space. It was a pleasant surprise for us that before we started for this, the community itself took the initiative, sent us photos and told us, “Bhaiya, we have started preparations to fix the school, you just come to start the school.”
